Amongst many innovations, I have chosen one that is fairly new. In fact, this product has only been developed in the past couple of years. Now you may think it's 3D food printing, or a robotic hamburger maker, but it isn't. While those things are "cool" and "technologically innovative", being hip and eating healthy is the way to go.

In 2013, Tellspec opened up a Gogoindie kickstart fundraising page for their new product. This product, the Tellspec Food sensor, is a device that scans the compositions of food allowing the consumer to know more about their meals and snacks beyond the nutrition label. Now this device has only been released recently, it hasn't drastically changed the world, yet it helps the consumer who is willing to put in the effort, to realise what they're putting into their bodies.
